Well I see you have made it this far, so it must mean that you are interested in joining us!
As with most groups, we do have our rules. After you read them completely, and agree to them you may apply to join Circle of Style.

PLEASE read and understand the Membership Guidelines COMPLETELY!
If anything does not comply with the guidelines, your site will NOT be approved!

You are welcomed to join COS if you offer free/linkware graphics for download such as: Websets, backgrounds, calling cards, tiles, globes, stationery, adoptions, screensavers, wallpapers, royalty free photographs, etc.
As long as you offer some kind of linkware on your site, you are eligible to join this group. Quantity of linkware does not matter.
If you offer tubes, please only offer tubes that you have DRAWN yourself, and they must NOT be of any copyrighted materials. If you offer anything other than tubes drawn by yourself, your site will NOT be approved! The tubes communtiy has gotten out of hand and TOO may copyrighted materials have been floating around the net!
We will NOT approve any sites that ONLY offer "dollz". Your must offer other types of free or linkware graphics as well.
Photo sites are encouraged to join us (as long as you offer photos for a link back).
We do not allow free sites (Geocities etc) in this group due to bandwidth restrictions placed on these free sites and forced popups. Since they frequently go down, these sites become inaccessable to view, and this causes problems in surfing the ring, and forced popups are just plain ole annoying and drive people away.
We do not allow sites from the MSN Groups pages, as there have been problems with people having copyrighted materieals with in the 'membership only' sections, and the way images are stored on there. It makes them available to anyone with access. This is not fair to those who offer their linkware by registration only.
You must use an email address from your ISP or website. No Yahoo, Hotmail, Excite, MyWay or any other of the *free* email address services.
Your site must be in English OR have an English version.
No sites containing hate, people or animal abuse, pornographic materials will even be considered to be part of this group.
We will NOT approve any sites with copyrighted materials such as: Disney, Warner Brothers, Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, Sanrio (Hello Kitty, etc.), Strawberry Shortcake, Precious Moments, Holly Hobbie, Care Bears, Ruth Morehead, or any other TV/Movie cartoon/anime/manga type charachters. Also note that it is AGAINST the law to use them in ANY manner on your website!
We will not approve any sites with anime/manga materials, as we are not knowlegeable enough in the anime/manga genre to decipher between copyrighted and non copyrighted materials.
If you use 'artists' work, such as Paula Vaughan, Kayomi, TomSierak, Danny Hahlbohm, Johnathan Bowser, etc., OR use photos from one of the royalty free photo sites, proper credit MUST be displayed with the graphics/websets.
If you have artists work that it is known that they do not allow their work to be used,such as, Thomas Kinkade, William Whittaker, etc., your site will NOT be approved.
Artistic nudity is allowed. If you have anything vulgar or distateful, your site will NOT be approved.
You must be 18 years old or more to join this group due to the artistic nudity included on some of the sites within the ring. No exceptions!

All submitted sites will be reviewd by the Circle Of Style staff.
If you have not recieved an approval/welcome email within 3 weeks, please take down the COS ring code from your site as your site has not been approved for inclusion into the ring. We do not send out 'denial' emails.
All decisions made by the staff are final.
